Private hires by
non-residents are at the standard rates as shown on the
Hire Charges page.
Commercial hires are subject to a surcharge of 30% on the standard rates as
shown on the Hire Charges page. In certain
circumstances the rates may be varied according to the use.
Rents are calculated in full hours only with a minimum charge of 2 hours
rental applied. Exceptions are considered. Hours after 23.00 on Friday and
Saturday nights are charged at the hourly rate for all bookings.
Where attendance is over 100 with the provision of full use of the kitchen
or provision of alcohol there is an extra charge.
The session charges for the kitchen, crockery, digital projection equipment
and other facilities that can be made available for users are shown on the
Hire Charges for Extras page.
The Hours booked must include adequate time to reflect fully both the
setting up arrangements planned and clean up required after the event.
The whole hall is available at rates from £365 for Wedding Day hire, with
full catering kitchen and permission for alcohol included. Provided
arrangements can be made with regular users it is usually possible to hire
access to the Rowberrow Hall and kitchen for a Saturday wedding for the
evening before and the whole hall until midday on Sunday to clear up.
Hirers are asked to leave
the Hall
as they would wish to find it.
