After booking we will need a completed and signed copy of the form as part of the Hire contract. The Hire ContractAll hire contracts are between the Hall Trust (charity no.270556) and the Hirer, who is either the organisation or person named as responsible on the enquiry form and on any booking confirmation.No hire can be treated as finally confirmed until the Hirer has completed and signed an enquiry form and sent it for approval of the bookings clerk. All hires are subject to payment of any deposit requested on booking. Payment may be made by direct bank transfer provided you include at the start of the reference section each invoice or booking reference number that is being paid. Any Special Deposit will be refunded within 28 days from the end of hire provided that, as a result of the hire no damage or loss was caused to premises or contents, no other damage was suffered, the premises were left clean, all rubbish was removed, and all keys were returned.
